Anectodes that smells

A calm and peaceful place, where there is no schedule. A spot where you can take a big breath of fresh air. This is the nature. Place without atmospheric pollution and without sound pollution. You can also do a lot of sport, kayaking, swimming, walking trough the mountains and many others. However my favorite one are hunting and fishing. The principal reason why I love these activities, are not because I am a sadistic towards the animals and I want to kill them all. I am not vegetarian and I am proud to eat meat fishing and hunting properly and with a foul respect towards the animals. Enough with the vegetarianism, back on topic now, I love especially these activities because I am with my grandfather when I am doing it. Many anecdotes occurred in a chalet at Morin Lake in the Zec Jeanotte here about La Tuque.

To put you in context, it cost you 2 hours of car on asphalt from Trois-Rivières to Rivière-à-Pierre, 1 hour and a half of car on a rocky road, 30 minutes on a rowboat to past 2 lakes and you are finally arrived at the chalet. And all this path with Roy Orbison on your radio and Abba in your speaker also. As said my grandfather it is important to be patient, but you know after this tedious ride I think that your patient is enough exercised! With all this road, it is a priority that he has some comical  anecdotes of hunting and fishing.

Let's start with the first anecdote. One summer, our neighbor the Chabot, eat trout like at each supper. A lot of trout are eaten and the rest of body's trout are dumped. However, in the forest, you do not have necessary a garbage, because like I know, it is rare to see a dumpster in cannot. Most of time, the fire can help you to burn the your garbage. But remember that in the fauna and in the flora you are not alone. There are roe, moose, partridge, bears, wolf, trout, hare, and many others. When you decide to burn some rest of trout, it gives of an odor very delectable for animals. With there great sense of smell, these animals can smell this smell for afar. Yeah you know where I want to come. The next morning, my grandfather hears shouts from the chalet of the Chabot. He run with his gun to the chalet and sees a black bear just in front of the chalet's door. He wait that the bear settle down, he take a breath and shoot the bear. The odor of the  delicious trout had attracted the big black bear.This anecdote is one of many others and she  has apparently  pass through the time.
